I recruited people with different profiles for different companies around the U.S. During the first 6 months I was recruiting sales agents for an insurance company and after that for an Air Duct Cleaning Company, basically phone agents. I use different job posts on web pages, social media and Linkedin to attract candidates. I headhunted candidates in the US and LATAM.

In this company I was looking for clients to buy an insurance pack to improve their job performance. The pack included a course with access to quality leads. Also I did customer service via email supporting clients so use our CRM (Zendesk)
