Backend services and enterprise data integrations in TypeScript/Node.js and Lua for global B2B commerce clients (CCU Chile, Unilever Ecuador, Postobón): shipped a REST API endpoint plus cron job syncing CRM product registrations into the Global Product Registration platform, and fixed a cross-service timestamp bug (seconds vs. milliseconds) that was silently corrupting downstream data. Built and instrumented LLM-powered product features with LangChain and LangSmith on GCP.

Built the NestJS backend behind the Hospital Menonita patient-experience mobile app: appointments, PlaceToPay payments, AWS Cognito authentication, Meditech EHR integration, HIPAA-aware access control and audit logging. Designed and shipped a patient-facing AI agent on AWS Bedrock Agents — 19 tools across 5 action groups, a Return-of-Control orchestration loop, tool router with recursion limit and Redis circuit breaker — delivered as a 35-ticket epic with ~110 unit tests; also ran internal AI masterclasses for the engineering team.

Architected React Native and full-stack products from MVP to production for thousands of users on iOS and Android, owning the mobile client, the REST backend, and the data model together. Designed multi-environment AWS/GCP deployment and CI/CD pipelines, led cross-functional teams and code reviews, and built Gemini-based OCR + LLM extraction pipelines running in production.

Implemented the Python (FastAPI) and Node.js microservices foundation the product ran on, cutting system downtime ~20% and improving performance ~15%; shipped the React, Next.js, and React Native web and mobile clients against those APIs, and led a small developer team.
