Responsabilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives. - Expand and manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients. - Identify and acquire new strategic clients including fleets, workshops, agro-industry, heavy transport companies, and industrial operations. - Lead commercial negotiations including pricing structures, margins, and payment terms. - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Promote and position the full product portfolio (lubricants, greases, and coolants). - Manage and develop an active client portfolio while ensuring recurring business and long-term partnerships. - Ensure inventory rotation and product adoption among key accounts. -Develop and structure distributor and sub-distributor networks across new territories. - Analyze competitor activity and market share evolution. - Provide technical guidance to clients regarding industrial and automotive product applications. - Lead technical product demonstrations and support industrial testing or pilot implementations when necessary. - Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports. - Present commercial performance and market insights to executive leadership. - Having an active and transferable client portfolio is mandatory. - This position is remote within Venezuela, but national travel and mobility will be required.
