Responsabilities
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs, ensuring alignment and clear communication between engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders. - Release Management: Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with Operations stakeholders. - Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. - Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Technical Acumen: Understand the technical architecture of our products and services to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams.
